Hei Wai brings a true global perspective to executive search, having lived and worked in five countries across three continents.
Prior to joining Rosin Executive Search, she was with a global executive search firm where she focused on senior financial services/asset management, financial officer, private equity and professional services mandates. She is known for truly listening to her clients, helping them clarify needs and for her tenacity in finding creative solutions. Passionate about helping people define and nurture their careers and grow both professionally and personally, and intensely curious about human nature and organizational behaviour, she takes an integrative and holistic approach to executive search.
Before her search career, Hei Wai had a broad range of professional services and corporate experience. She started her career in international large scale infrastructure project development at a leading Japanese conglomerate, then led strategy projects at a global tier-one management consulting firm, and subsequently moved in-house to a Big 5 bank for enterprise strategy and wealth management strategy / sales force effectiveness roles.
Hei Wai holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, an MBA from INSEAD, and is a CFA charterholder. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese, and proficient in French.
Outside of work, she volunteers in career management for a number of organizations such as the CFA society. She’s an avid sailor, trekker, scuba diver, as well as a seasoned yoga instructor.
With 21 years in executive search and the broader human capital industry, Brad Beveridge offers a unique background combining consultative and senior leadership roles. He is recognized as both a seasoned and well-respected search professional as well as a strong business leader.
Prior to joining Rosin Executive Search, Brad served as the Executive Vice President of one of Canada's leading human capital management firms. In this capacity, he led a large Canadian team while serving on the Executive Committees for both the Canadian and global operations. Previously, Brad was the Managing Director and leader for three diverse, yet complementary, recruiting practices that spanned North America.
Brad also spent several years as a Partner and Managing Director of Business Development for a large global, publicly traded executive search and advisory firm. Brad began his career as a lawyer at a Toronto-based law firm and was called to the Ontario bar in 1994.
Brad is an accomplished leadership consultant and recruiter at the Board, C-suite and general management levels. His clients are broad and diverse with a specialization in financial and professional services.
Brad holds an Honours BA and BSc from McMaster University, an LLB degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
With an appreciation for giving back, Brad has served as a Board Member for Youthdale Foundation as well as Crohn's and Colitis Canada. As a married father of four children, Brad is actively involved in education and community-related initiatives.
Marlene Seymour has 25 years of executive search experience with three global firms. Most recently,
as a Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the President, Canada with Korn Ferry, her focus was
the Canadian CEO and Board practice.
Her search experience has encompassed a broad range of industries and roles. She has worked closely
with Jeff Rosin for nine years.
Marlene also spent over three years in Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Talent Consulting practice where
she obtained certification in Decision Styles, an online assessment tool. Previously, she worked as an
Executive Assistant with Heidrick & Struggles and began her career in search with Spencer Stuart.
Prior to her search career, Marlene worked with two broker/dealer firms where she obtained her Canadian
Securities Course certification.
Paul Weinberg is an accomplished search professional and business advisor with over eighteen years of experience in executive search. Paul acts on behalf of a variety of Canadian and International clients, working collaboratively to enhance his clients’ leadership team. Entrepreneurs, portfolio companies and large organizations have partnered with Paul on critical mandates.
Prior to Rosin Executive Search Inc., Paul was a Senior Partner with a boutique Executive Search firm. Before that, Paul was part of the team that launched the retained executive search practice of an international recruitment and risk-consulting firm, where he spent over nine years, ultimately as Managing Director. Before this, he was a senior member of a search boutique, working with clients in a diverse range of industries, including Financial Services, Real Estate, Industrial Products and Professional Services.
Paul's professional career began with KPMG, where he attained his CPA, CA designation. Ultimately specializing as a tax professional, he quickly moved into management roles, before leaving the firm in the mid-1990s for a career in executive search.
Paul has served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Shaare Zedek Hospital Foundation. In 2008, he co-chaired its annual fundraiser, having previously served as co-chair of its annual golf tournaments, initially joining as part of the Young Leadership Group. Paul was a member of the selection committee for the FEI Canada CFO of the Year award.
Paul is a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants, has completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants' In-depth Tax program and holds a Bachelors degree in Business from York University.
Manny Padda is the Managing Director for PM Search Partners. Regarded as a top tier talent professional
and advisor, he possesses significant search experience, with a breadth of experience in both operational
and corporate roles.
Prior to joining PM Search Partners, Manny was with Korn Ferry International working directly with the
Global Head, Mining & Metals where he was a top performer in execution of various assignments. Previously,
he was with another large Canadian based search firm. Manny began his career in the financial sector
with Royal Bank Financial Group. He then joined the Learning Strategies Group where he assisted in the
development of management training and educational programs.
Manny is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Private Equity & Venture Capital program and is
currently completing the Entrepreneurship & Innovation program at Stanford University. In addition, he
has an MBA degree from Queen’s University and BBA (Honours) from Simon Fraser University. He has also
completed a number of mining and geology courses with Snowden Group. Manny currently sits on a number
of advisory boards in the mining, education and not-for-profit sectors and is fluent in English and
Shannon Seabrook has over 15 years of experience within the financial services and commercial real estate sectors. For the last decade, Shannon has worked for a National Commercial Real Estate Firm as an Office & Project Manager and Executive Assistant to C-suite Executives where her contributions were an integral part of their success story.
Shannon is highly skilled in client relations and is known for her tact, diplomacy, industry knowledge and friendly and personable demeanour.
